Our therapists use evidence-based strategies to identify the function of behaviours and teach more effective, socially appropriate alternatives. What is Behaviour Therapy?
Behaviour Therapy is based on the principle that behaviour is learned—and can therefore be changed. Through 1:1 sessions, our therapists work collaboratively with individuals and families to understand what’s driving challenging behaviours and to develop practical, goal-focused strategies for positive change.
This therapy is effective for individuals with a range of needs, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, intellectual disability, Down syndrome, dyslexia, and more. It supports emotional regulation, communication, motor skills, social engagement, focus, decision-making, and overall independence.
